Bike Valet
Ride your bike to the HSBC Celebration of Light and have it parked for you in a safe and secure Bike Valet parking area.
Bike Valet is convenient and secure bicycle parking, which is being offered for free to all cyclists at a number of festivals and special events this summer. The service could not be easier to use - just ride up and a friendly staff member from BEST (Better Environmentally Sound Transportation) will park your bike in a safely secured enclosure and give you a numbered ticket. Panniers, bags, and helmets can be left with the bike when parked. After enjoying the fireworks, simply return your valet ticket and collect your bike.
The Bike Valet service will be offered for free at all HSBC Celebration of Light evenings this summer (Wednesday, July 23rd, Saturday, July 26th, Wednesday, July 30th, and Saturday, August 2nd) from 5:00pm - 11:00pm. Bikes must be picked up within 45 minutes of the finish of the event.
Bike Valet Locations: The tennis courts at Kitsilano Beach (adjacent to Arbutus Street) and the Lagoon tennis courts in Stanley Park (just below South Lagoon Drive near the Lost Lagoon Nature House).
